A website needs attention after it goes live. Updates, security checks, backups and the occasional technical problem are all easier to manage when you know there's someone familiar with your site to call.

My support packages are designed to take that work off your hands. Whether you need regular WordPress maintenance or more involved help with an established website, I can provide a practical level of support that suits your business.

A practical level of ongoing support

My website support packages are available at £300 or £600 per year. The right option depends on how frequently your website changes, what software it uses and how much technical work you would like me to handle. I’ll explain the services and any limitations before you sign up.

Support can include appropriate maintenance, updates, security checks and troubleshooting, depending on the package agreed. More complex WordPress and WooCommerce websites may need closer attention than a straightforward brochure site.

Personal help when you need it

I do my best to make myself available to existing and new clients during normal office hours, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. I answer the phone when I’m able and welcome appointments for meetings or training at my purpose-built garden office in Malvern.
